This 2 hour live introductory workshop is designed for therapists, coaches, and other professionals in the healing space. The course provides an introduction to understanding and working with parts of the self - whether we call them inner critics, saboteurs, introjects or soul parts needing retrieval.

In this 6-week program, you will learn how to identify, acknowledge and integrate parts of the self in ourselves and in our clients. Pre-requisites: Healing the Parts I introductory workshop AND Trauma Healing 201 or equivalent (body-centered trauma training program such as somatic experiencing, EMDR, EFT, ART or AIT).Note: you have to know how to work with trauma before you can work with parts!

This 8-week deep-dive LIVE class is open to those who have attended the introductory 2-hour workshop and want to go deeper into their understanding and treatment of trauma in their practice. Learn about the Pyramid of Traumatic Experience, Rule of Two, and more. Participants will earn the designation of “trauma-informed” on completion of this course.
